Privacy and security are among our list of top priorities in pursuit of our goal of providing ethical, affordable and equitable AI products and services for all, and as such, we do our very best to only collect data that is absolutely essential and required to run, secure and maintain our AI platform and its dependencies. Any and all data we may collect will be used solely for these purposes, and we WILL NEVER sell or monetize your personal data.

By strictly utilizing your data under the following terms, Chicago AI is able to securely provide you with quality products and services that are ethical, tamper-resistant and free from data leaks. Following this policy allows us to build Artificial Intelligence products and services that are ethical, sustainable, affordable, equitable and accessible for everyone.

Privacy Statement

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to chicagoai.io, chitownchatworks.com, all sub-domains of chicagoai.io and chitownchatworks.com, Chicago AI and Kirchner Business Solutions and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Chicago AI include https://chicagoai.io, all sub-domains of chicagoai.io, https://chitownchatworks.com, all sub-domains of chitownchatworks.com, and Kirchner Business Solutions. The Chicago AI application is a Webpage application. By using the Chicago AI application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Chicago AI may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Artificial Intelligence Training

Chicago AI may use some of the anonymous data generated by general use of it's AI platform or other products and services in order to train or tune Generative Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning(ML) models and algorithms. ABSOLUTELY NO personally-identifiable information(PII) or personal data of any kind will be used in the training of AI or ML models and algorithms.

IP Address Logging

For the purpose of keeping our platform safe for everyone that uses and/or is affected by it, as well as satisfying any statutory or legal compliance regulations or obligations, Chicago AI may automatically log or verify your IP address against a dataset of known bad actors. Any IP addresses that are actually logged are kept completely independent of, and segregated from all other data that Chicago AI may collect or store, and are only stored on temporary basis during a rolling time window^{^}.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

• Delete your personal information from our records; and
• Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

• Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

• Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
• Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
• Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
• Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

Please contact Chicago AI if you would like to request the deletion or removal of any personal data belonging to you that might exist on Chicago AI's Artificial Intelligence platform or any of Chicago AI's other products or services.

Children Under Thirteen

Chicago AI does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, Chicago AI may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or any other general communication.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Chicago AI, you may opt out of such communications by reply STOP.

Changes to this Statement

Chicago AI reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
