Newton AI Usage Billing

Newton AI chatbot usage is currently charged by default on a pre-paid basis using usage token credits. Each request consists of a prompt(user's question/message), contextual text needed to answer the user's question(including the chat history[when enabled]), and a response, which is the output generated by Newton AI's response to the prompt. The usage of Newton AI is calculated by counting the total number of tokens in each part, the prompt, the context and the response. A token refers to a fragment of a word, with approximately 100 tokens for every 75 words. The cost of token usage is billed at a rate of $0.02 per 1,000 tokens.

Examples:
  • An AI chatbot request consisting of a total of 1500 Newton AI usage tokens would be billed at a rate of $0.02 per 1K tokens, for a total of 0.03 usage credits billed.
