We are pleased to announce that we have opened up our Newton AI beta to the public. Anyone who has created an organizational AI Portal account can now provision and deploy their own Newton AI chatbot with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Newton AI

Newton AI is our virtual AI customer service automation chatbot plugin. With very little effort, you can train and deploy your own AI chatbot to your website. Newton AI will represent your organization, and help your users find the answers they are looking for, when they are looking for them without having to wait on a human for support.

Newton AI will scan your entire website and familiarize itself with your organization and it's products, procedures and offerings. Newton AI will be able to answer virtually any question about your domain in the flash of eye. Newton will be available at all times of the day to engage with your users and help them solve their problems.

Deploying Newton AI

To create a new Newton AI instance, simply login to the Chicago AI Portal account for your organization and press the 'Create Newton AI Instance' button on the main portal page. From there you can configure, train and deploy your new Newton AI chatbot instance.
